In an inspiring act of unity and compassion, G.O.A.L (Gift of Abundant Love) USA, along with our dedicated G.O.A.L UK volunteers, joined hands with The E.I.G.H.T School in Kingston and the Kingston Police Department to bring hope to communities across Jamaica devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Though our teams in the USA and UK are miles away, our hearts beat as one—working together to raise funds and collect goods for families in need. In Kingston, students—many facing hardships themselves—helped pack and load supplies with the police, showing that true love and service begin at home. With local partners in St. Elizabeth ready to receive and distribute these donations, this collaboration stands as a testament to the power of unity: Jamaicans helping Jamaicans, and a global family rising together to restore hope, one act of love at a time.

“In 2023, our school — The E.I.G.H.T. School (Ernest Institute for the Gifted, Hyperactive & Talented) in Kingston, Jamaica — was blessed to welcome the team from Gift Of Abundant Love (GOAL). From the moment they arrived, they treated our students and staff with warmth, respect, and genuine love. We were proud to give them a full tour of our campus, and the children even prepared a special performance to say thank you. One of the moments we will never forget was when GOAL met our school cook — a dedicated woman who takes three buses and walks miles every day just to make sure every child is fed. When the GOAL team heard her story, they didn’t just listen — they responded with support, encouragement, and tears in their eyes. GOAL donated school supplies, educational toys, clothing, food, and books — including copies of the Princess Arjana children’s book series, personally gifted by the author herself. The joy on the children’s faces was priceless. Their visit wasn’t just a drop-off of items — it was a day filled with hope, laughter, and human connection. GOAL reminded our students that they are seen, valued, and loved. We are forever grateful for their compassion and for the lasting impact they have made on our school community.”

Gift Of Abundant Love (GOAL) is committed to uplifting children and families through education, mentorship, wellness, and compassionate outreach. Our work begins in the communities we serve here in the United States, while also extending support to schools and families in need abroad — including our ongoing partnership with The E.I.G.H.T. School in Kingston, Jamaica, which began in 2021 and continued with our first in-person visit in 2023.
Together, we turn love into action by providing resources, opportunities, and support where it matters most.
